Yes they are still together it seems to me that Scott Summers can't stay away from those gorgeous mindreaders, what I don't understand is the fact that for along time Scott Summers hated the White Queen especially when her team the Hellions were killed, he softened up when she was given the headmaster's position at the massachusetts academy with banshee to teach a new team called generation X, I missed the stories after Cyclops merged with Apocolypse and what happened to Jean Grey and how he managed to get involved with Emma Frost in the first place

Why don’t you phase through the wall sometime when they are alone in the room together and SEE what they are up to…? Afraid Scott might be mad and Emma would use her power on you to compel you to do their bidding, hmmm…?

For part of it they start their own institution and they are together. Then Jean comes back and gets mad and scott leaves emma for jean again!
