Yes and no. It all depends on if you have the capability of getting on hot spot areas for the net when you're not home. If you're home you will need some type of ISP services hooked up or you can always jump on a neighbors unsecured wifi network but that's not likely. People are getting smarter and locking down those wifi networks. You could try Verizon's service and just sit near a cell tower. That's bout all I got sorry I may be a computer nut but this wireless stuff is still new to me.

Yes, you still need a broadband connection to connect the router to. All the wireless router does is allow you to route multiple devices, buth wireless and wired, through the single BB connection.

If you want to have high speed internet connection yes you would still have to pay for it, the wireless router just allows it to send the connection to your wireless card in your laptop which allows you to move freely around your home and retain connection to the net.

The answer is if you want a broadband service yes. You still have to have a broadband supplier to get online..

You could get dial up instead pay as you go or monthly

Yes....as how would the router connect to the internet....unless you mean wireless router adapter which would mean you could get into someone elses unsecured network...which is supposedly illegal.....or get the password of a nearby network etc.

some body has to pay for the broadband conection, however it is possible to log on to ur neighboors conection if its not pasword secure. you can use as many wireless laptops as u want on the one router

No as long as you have a router and service. You can latch on to an unsecured site as long as it's legal like a hot spot!!!

google 'la fonera' or check out ebay (have loads on there). way to get free wireless internet any where in the world from la fonera hot spots.
