What ever you do don't buy the pop-up software. It is a trick to put more spyware in your system and even steal your information. Use the programs below to rid your system of bad stuff.

Update and run your Anti-Virus program. Don't have one? You can run a free online scan from CA.

Run Spybot and Adaware weekly.

Download, update and run Spybot---http://www.safer-networking.org/... . Don't forget to use the Immunize feature.

Download, update and run Adaware---http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaw...

Now to prevent spyware from being installed in the first place....

Download SpywareBlaster---http://majorgeeks.com/download2859.html

SpywareBlaster doesn't scan and clean for spyware - it prevents it from ever being installed.

It's main features include:
- Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted pests.
- Block spyware/tracking cookies in Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox.
- Restrict the actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer.

You've been a bad girl Lalitta, you haven't used your anti-virus and anti-spyware programs properly.

You have downloaded some spyware that keeps advertising at your expense.

Solution:
Uninstall any downloaded free browser add-on toolbars.
Download free AVG antivirus
Download free Ad-Aware SE anti-spyware
Download free Spybot Search & Destroy anti-spyware
Download free Zone Alarm firewall

USE THESE and keep them up-to-date.

Here's how:

1. Stop visiting porn sites.
2. Go to www.download.com and get Spy Sweeper (I think it's $40) and run that software to delete the spyware on your system.
3. Get Norton Anti-Virus from Symantec (www.symantec.com) to make sure that you don't pick up any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, etc.

Then you can go back on the porn sites. :-)
