I just printed something for the first time on a new cartridge and it's all blurry. Is there anything I can do in Word/Windows that calibrates the new cartridge? It used to do this on my old computer but can't figure this out on here. Please help!

I would try ceaning it first. In the printer properties there should be a place so you can calibrate the printer.

looks like you are using cheap refilled cartridge, they always cause problems. they are filled with cheap ink which blocks the ink jets.

Have you tried turning it off and restarting it?
