The best is undoubtedly at Breakfast in America at 17, rue des Ecoles in the 5th.

Joe Allen's, 30 rue Pierre Lescot in the 1st arrondissement, just at the Etienne-Marcel Métro. It's not on the menu, but just ask for it!

On the Champs' is a quick restaurant...Pino's Pizza. But it also serves hamburgers and fires.
Located across from Cartier and Zara.
