Suppose im on internet at the moment : how can I know the internet IP address of a person's computer who for example im chatting with right now or something : thx

depends on how you are chatting... Yahoo / AIM etc go through there servers so when you do a NET STAT from a command prompt, you only see the net connection to the Yahoo / AIM server etc... in AIM you can do a Direct Connect to share pictures or browse user files and that will show you their IP.
[start > run > cmd > NET STAT]
If you have your own website, you can have them visit the site and you can look at your access logs and grab their IP that way.

easy. just tell him send you one email from msn or yahoo account but you need to be smart in the way you ask. you need to have msn or yahoo for receive the email ( you know is free ) and check in the area that show all log from income emails.
