Yes, most defiitely I would help the majority who needed help. I cannot find true happiness if I feel I am living in luxury while others in the world are going without.

I think if we didn't help the other ones, they would invade our side of the world anyway. So to keep the peace, restore the utilities and everyone's self-worth by keeping them busy and productive.
