Anything will flatter you as long as you buy clothes that are cut well and actually fit you. Here are some general rules to follow:
1. Dark wash, straight-leg pants will flatter anyone. Don't wear jeans with whiskering or fading anywhere. It will draw attention to all the wrong places, and will make you look much larger than you are.
2. For clothes to fit you, you will have to face the fact that you might need to have things tailored, especially things like suits and pants. The trick is to have things fit you at your widest part (for women, that's usually our hips). If the pants are too long, but fit you at your widest part, then just take them to a tailor. Same goes for jackets/suits. If the jacket fits your widest part (usually chest for women), but the sleeves are too long, or it looks too wide, take it to a tailor. Then your clothes will fit you like a glove.
3. Invest in more expensive, more flattering clothes/fabrics. Don't just buy a shirt because it's cheap. Buy fewer clothes, pricer clothes at places like NY & Company, The Limited, Express, etc. They are cut better and will fit you better.
4. As far as skirts. NEVER wear something short, unless you've got legs for miles. The most flattering skirts will hit you right at the knee.
Hope this helps. If you want more tips, watch "What Not to Wear." It has helped me so much, and people have complimented me on my clothes more than ever, mostly saying that I look skinnier, and I haven't lost any weight :)

You are lucky!!! You can wear just about anything with those measurements! If your still young i would go for BeBe or Arden B.
Also Guess is a great line for skinny gals.
7 jeans are great too.
