Final Fantasy XII?

Question

i used quickenings on exodus when he put up the the pailing (immune to attacks), and the damage is absolute zero...
well, if a boss put up a magick barrier, which would make it immune to magic, will quickenings damage the boss with the magick barrier on?

if i poach an enemy, will the enemy still give out exp and lp?

and, another thing, i need suggestion on acquiring espers license for my main party, which is the three active char... thanks
