Use the bug juice and jump in the water when he attacks you shoot him when hes not covered with hornets. He will then fire bullet bees wich can be eaten by snake.

Yeah, jump in the water when the bees attack. Then unload on him with the AK45 when he's open. Or tranc him until his stamina is gone, then you get a kick *** camo.

if the pain is the guy with the bees all you have to do is shoot him then when he releases them jump in the water

Ha I was just playing this game...Let me see which one is the pain...oh the invisible guy...use the thermal gogles to see him and then just shoot the **** out of him.....
