No no longer precisely mentally yet bodily yea of direction. I propose i will nonetheless attempt to guard myself and each little thing yet as for being old and feeble; no i think of i could be able to maintain up with the circumstances as quickly as I get way up into age. 40 0r 50 years from now i think of i could be a type of cool grandparents each youngster want that they had. And that should choose for all and sundry no longer merely this is all and sundry. this is each and all of the difficulty of ways properly you're looking after your self and how properly you carry your self. So i would not precisely say i could stay youthful perpetually i could say greater like age superbly, with grace, and know-how.

I 'm a veteran of 32 years of smoking it. I have a friend that is my age and we both have the same problems.They are can't hardly breath anymore,can't remember much that happened in our previous years,and not to mention you develop the attitude that you couldn't care less about anything.It has destroyed the motivation of all the guys i know that smoke it.You develop that far away look that says i'm brain dead.

you'll stay young but there are other effects too. just don't smoke too much of it. like £80 per week. That's what my brother does and it is starting to effect him at the moment.
