I like the regular Tampax. They have a cardboard applicator that can be flushed. But the best bet is just to try a few different types until you find the one that you like best.

It really is more of a trial and error type of situation. Since everyone's bodies are shaped differently, there is no one better than the other. I would personally suggest using Tampax Pearl because is has good protection and easy to use.

My favorite is the ob brand without an applicator. They are small, and really absorbent. I find that I leak with a lot of other brands, so that is the one I use. I was kind of weary at first to use one without an applicator, but I find that they are a lot more convienent, I can carry them in my pocket!
