Your Ip address is Internet Provider i.e. Comcast, AOL etc.
Windows XP is the operating system for PC's
Broadband is the type of internet service as opposed to dial up
Internet speed is important for downloading files and watching videos and listening to music, the faster the better. The faster you go the more it will cost.

an IP address is the "address" of ur internet service provider. this is the location that ur modem will try to establish a connection with in order to access the internet. broadband enables connection at a higher speed using multiple connections to access the net. internet speed is the rate in which the information is sent between ur computer and ur isp host. eg 200 mb means the highest amount of inforamtion sent/recieved at any 1 time is 200mb.
