I installed the maid fo the sims 2 but how could i have her him? Like does she do all the work for me? Or how do i put it in my sims family?????????? And when i download clothes or stuff like that i dont have the clothes when i go to creat a sim. How come? Why?

If you are talking about the download maid that is only a utility for installing files. In order to have a maid you have to call them on the phone and hire them. Once you get a good enough relationship with the maid they can move in but they will not be a maid anymore. As far as your downloaded clothes not showing up make sure you enable custom content in the games control panel.
