If you delete your sent folder before the messages are read by the person you sent them to, do they get deleted from the person you sent them to's mail box as well?

No it works the same way email does. Your just deleting your copy of the message.

I honestly don't know, really It shouldn't because they just get a copy of your email and the actual one get sent to your sent folder so more in likely not, really you need to try that with one of your friends.

Found that one out the hard way. Got drunk, sent ex a desperate drunken email, tried to delete it before he read it. Nope.

No they do not get deleted there but only where you deleted it.
That is in any email box not just myspace.

no, your sent folder is showing what you send, it doesn't interfere with the other persons mailbox
