I bought a digital camera for £30, works perfectly. A digital telephone that I've had for 2 years and paid £15 for. I bought brand new Dreamweaver (web design software) for £70 instead of £300. And my daughter bought a car for £68 that she had for a year with out any problems and it passed it's MOT. I could go on but I have made my point.

I purchased Prisma Pro Pencil Crayons (I'm an artist) for almost $90 less than I'd have obtained them in my area. I also purchased a laptop that worked just fine for a few hundred dollars less than if I'd bought it here. My daughter a pro CDJ bought CDJ decks with case, saved over $900 even though shipping alone was over $200. There are bargains, just have to watch, wait and not go wild on the bidding process. I usually check the shipping fees too as sometimes that alone drives the 'bargain' up past being a bargain any longer.

I get lots of bargains on there. Most recently I needed some helium balloon weights and got three for 99p each. Saw them in a shop at £2.99 each so even with the postage they were cheaper, were great, and did the job. Some stuff is rubbish or overpriced but I've got some good bargains and have been happy.

I have bought loads of bargains on ebay and sold a lot on it as well.

My most recent bagain was a router so i could play xbox 360 live. It was second hand, but only used for a couple of months. I got it for 0.99p with £4.00 postage and it turned up in 3 days like i just bought it on the internet from Argos.

I think it used to be full of bargains, but now people tend to just go straight to Ebay without shopping around a bit first and they are more expensive for some things these days. DVDs are a good example of this. You can get DVDs so cheaply on the internet and they often go for more on Ebay.

I LOVE EBAY

have bought tons of stuff including

a laptop, top of the range, £1569 in PC world, got it on ebay for £500 ! right place right time !

electric fans for the summer, extractor fans for bathroom & garage, worked out cheaper than B&Q including postage.

Kids designer clothes, Bench, Rockports etc, all new stuff at a fraction of the shop price.

Concert tickets, ok I paid over the odds £150 for 2 tickets but they were sold out in around ten mins and were well worth the price (Bon Jovi of course)

Heck I could go on forever, Ebay is ACE

OOOoooh, yes. I've bought a number of bits & pieces cheap:
Miss piggy T-shirt (new) at two pound
Billy Idol CDs for 50p to three pound
DVDs from 89p
A Manchester City watch for a fiver
You can get some good bargains but be very careful with the postage, that's where it can hit you, big time. xxx

I use ebay loads and love it. I get all my 'bike spares there at least half price and my partner buys all her clothes from there, usually brand new with the tag still on for less than a fiver. Check the sellers feedback, research prices elsewhere, learn to trust a little.

My dad (61) just got his first PC and after being phoned daily with inane questions I got him "The Internet for Dummies". It was £5.60 including postage and was in perfect condition, Amazon lists it as RRP £14.99, their price £9.89 new or £4.06 used plus postage.
Saving a fortune in phone bills now so definitely a bargain!!!
Bought lots of other things (PC components, craft, clothes, books, games etc.) and never felt I didn't get a good deal.

I genuinely have offered from eBay for years and under no circumstances had a concern. the significant difficulty to do is seem on the quantity next to their call which tells you tactics many transactions they have carried out, then seem at their share of effective comments. i do no longer often purchase from somebody with below one hundred transactions, and with below a ninety 8% effective comments. additionally, eBay has the place you are able to checklist if somebody scammed you or left you unhappy inclusive of your product or in case you probably did no longer get it. they're extraordinarily sturdy. yet like I reported, i've got under no circumstances had a concern.
