WHY THE H.EL.L WOULD U NEED TO DO THAT.

Well first they would have to be willing to let you or you can get into big trouble.
But once you have their written permission place the needle in alcohol to sterlize it, do the same with the thread you plan on using. Make sure all items that will come in contact with their lips are sterile.
Hold the lips together with tongs and gently press the needle through the bottom lip into the top lip. If you want the stitches to be straight up and down on the outside go through the lips at an angle on the inside. Repeat this process till you have gotten to the end. If this person needs more help in keeping their mouth closed, go back over your stitches till you end up where you have begun and then tie it off in a tight knot.

how come you came out with such an idea?:P....the best way is to make the person sleep somehow and then u can do whatever u want to with the person;s lips....lol

It would be easiest,if you rendered your subject unconcious, otherwise they may jump about a bit and try to hit you!!!!!!
