Should I let her get it weekly or monthly?
For those that need a reminder, I am the man with the health condition that does not allow me to perform and have let my wife get it on the side when she needs it. We agreed on monthly.

My god, most of you are closed minded. I thought the women would admire me for being unselfish and allowing my wife to satisfy her needs.

How ever much she needs.
I understand your wishes to relieve your wife of her fidelity and consent to her having a lover on the side, but this is a case of "be careful of what you agree to."
Now that she's sexually active again, she's going to want more. I don't know how old your wife is, but a woman's libido gradually increases with age and slowly declines. Depending on how old she is, one a week may not cut it. You may have to reconsider the frequency of her meetings or the whole idea all together. While I appreciate that you are aware of your wife's sexual needs, if I were her I think I'd resent being told how much sex I could have and how often. Once you've agreed to go this route, quantifying it seems unrealistic.

Sadly I feel you two do not really have a marriage. What a sad situation to be in. I would feel bad if I had a husband who did not mind my sleeping with another man. And if I had a husband and loved him I would not even think of sleeping with someone else for any reason at all. Two people can find ways to satisfy each other sexually. There are sex therapists who concil couples with health problems such as yours. When you two stood before God and took your marriage vows, I feel God is the only one still remembering those vows, you and your wife appeared to have avoided them.

if you agreed on monthly and you wife is wanting more then you need to talk to her about it. Are you angry or upset that she wants it more? If so then I would tell her no. But you have to consider the fact that people normally have sex more than once a month. So, keep that in mind also.

It's time for you to man-up and get a backbone. First, buy your whore wife a cucumber every week to satisfy her lusty needs. Second, put an end to her making love to other men. If she refuses to stop whoring, then the next time she leaves to meet her lover, change the locks on the door and throw her belonging on the curb, including her cucumber.

Only monthly - she's pushing you too far to test the limits - quite like a small child will do. Just tell her that marriage is more than just sex. If she does not like she does not love u. Anyway, better a difernet man-whore each time than the same guy - she might develop too much of an attachemnt as it seems she might already have done.

you agreed monthly and now she is wanting to change the rules? what rules will she want to change next? where will it stop? i admire you for the stance you have made regarding her feelings and needs but think once a month was a bit unrealistic,you need to sit back down an re-assess this situation and reach an understanding that suits you both, and stick to it, good luck

I would. Once a month is awfully restrictive. My wife can see her lovers once or twice a week. I can see mine once a week.
Consider renegotiating the once a month agreement. Can you imagine dating someone (assuming you weren't with someone now) and not being able to see them but once a month??

She may have a high sex drive. She's going to want to see him more and more as time goes by.
You will need to be prepared for this.
You're the one who has to live with her and so, only you can truly answer this question.

If you are letting her get it all, then why do you care whether it's weekly or monthly. It should not matter at this point.

When you agreed to do this, you stopped having a marriage. Remember, both of you took vows, and her breaking them is just as bad as you tolerating it. If she's not strong enough to keep her vows, then you should part ways.
