Aliens and T2 are good... certainly be up there.
As I can't/won't use those I'll go for Bladerunner and Star Wars Ep IV with honourable mentions to: Forbidden Planet, The Thing from Another World, Star Trek 2, Serenity, The Last Starfighter, T1 and Alien.

Alien and The Terminator. Aliens and T2 were very good, but the 1st's were better.
There is no Alien Trilogy, btw. There were four movies in the series.

Say any geek jokes you want, but one of the best I've seen is Star Trek First Contact, I mean comon, killer cyborgs trying to destroy humanity. I can't think of any other sci movies i have strong opinions on at the moment, but attack of the clones is up there, just because of the epic battle scenes
