You should do search on yahoo and google for the country you are interested in marketing in. You can use google adwords to target your market. Read up on how to do it before you spend to much. Play around with all the features and options.

Look for newspapers in that country and look at local classifieds from there. Most newspapers are online. Look in their classifieds section. Look for other companies local to that area, there will probably be people that have advertising and marketing sites, look for other websites that have businesses in that area, see if you can exchange links with them. Build a list using an auto-responder. Too much to explain about list building here.

For internet business, you might post your classified advert in few local search engine like e-traderland, mycen, etc.
