I am not talking about Strucural Functionalism and Symbolic Interaction theories. I need to know if I am correct - if those are the 2 categories. I need to know if the Micro-sociological and Macro-sociological theories are the same as Structiral Perspectives and Interpretive Perspectives.

P.S - In other words, what is the name of the set of theories which focus on how individual and group behaviour find meaning in, experience and affect society? and what are the set of theories which focus on how society affects human behaviour?

It's usually structural and conflict. Macro and micro are completely different things and can be found within each of the three disciplines.
