Why are the Chicago Bears so CHEAP???

If this has anything to do with Lance Briggs then they may be doing the right thing depending on how much money he wants (which is alot).

The Bears dont really need to overspend because they do a great job drafting players in the NFL draft. They can build a team through that. Briggs is a great player but, the money is getting to be rediculus.
