I'm not quite sure how to make them. So if anyone knows a good website or even has made them before, please let me know.

Hey Crystal,

With polymer clay, what you see is what you get. So, if you can make a cup-cake wraper shape, then put some frosting and decorate with polymer candy - that is all you need to do to prepare it. To dry out the polymer, use a toaster oven, but you have to be careful not to allow the heating elements to touch the clay. If you use your home oven, be sure to vent, they smell when drying. Keep the heat LOW - better to be too low, and dry longer. You may have to experiment, but 120 for 30 minutes was enough to dry out Cliff Dwelling Indian Homes, walls, rocks, bricks, etc. Let them cool before testing to see if you 'cooked' them long enough.
