It seems like you have a hyper baby, lol. Its just the baby doing back flips and karate chops in your belly. The pain in your side seems normal enough, your body is still growing and adjusting to the baby. If the pain concerns you then talk to your doctor, I'm sure everything is fine though. Congrats.

Since you're 6 months along, you are most likely feeling the baby move. The jumping sensation might be him/her having the hiccups! The pains are most likely your ligaments stretching, but if they are extremely painful, ask your doctor about them.

Were you eating something especially spicy? The baby will respond by moving around a lot if you eat spicy hot foods...try drinking some chamomile tea...

You wouldn't be getting pains really the baby was kicking/hitting you-you'll know it when you feel it if you haven't already-but the pains you probably just have gas-it can be really painful and is common in pregnancy--when in doubt call your doctor though-especially if it gets to uncomfortable

my baby is very active after i eat. when they get older and stronger, sometimes they poke you so hard that it can make your shirt move. my baby like to poke a foot up every now and then and it looks like an alien is coming out of my stomach. nothing to worry about, it's normal.

you have an active baby. not to worry. that means he/she is healthy!!!
this will only become more frequent. he/she will jab you in the ribs as space becomes tighter in your belly. you'll experience the lop-sided belly, and eventually you'll see a little arm or foot drag all the way from one side of your tummy to the other.
it's great. enjoy every moment of it. even when you're trying to sleep. it is a blessing and a sign to let you know everything is ok.

yes, your baby is moving a lot. the pain is due to the pressure that the baby is exerting against your stomach walls.

Just think of it as your "babies" morning workout session!!!
Remember ~ When you wake up don't you stretch and yawn a bit??
Why would your baby be any different??
