You start by making an outline. Each major point should be the the topic of a paragraph. Each subpoint below should be a supporting sentence in that paragraph.
Example:
I. School uniforms should be worn by school aged children
a. Takes emphasis off appearance so that students aren't distracted by wild styles
b. Lessens the impact of gangs in schools because no "gang colors" are allowed, only uniforms
c. No economic pressure on poor folks to dress up their kids to compete with the style of rich kids.
Finish the essay by having other topics--like the history of school uniforms (goes back to Medieval times and caps and gowns), how school uniforms were brought into your area, positive and negative outcomes of wearing uniforms (any data showing fewer fights, greater academic achievement, etc?)

Firstly, jot down your thoughts on the topic - arguments for and against. Then make a thesis statement - "School uniforms should/shouldn't be compulsory...".
Pick your arguments, and try to sort them into a logical order.
Write the introduction - something along the lines of "School uniforms are a controversial topic. Some people argue that .... Others object that.... In this essay I am going to argue that ..."
Start a new paragraph. Present your argument. Each argument gets its own paragraph, and each paragraph starts with the topic sentence - one sentence that sums up what this argument is about, e.g. "School uniforms keep poorer students from being ridiculed by wealthy ones." Elaborate the argument in the rest in the paragraph.
At the end, you need a conclusion - briefly sum up what you just said. Do NOT introduce any new points in the conclusion - that's a common mistake. The most basic form of conclusion would be "In this essay, I have argued that school uniforms should/shouldn't be compulsory, because [argument 1), [argument 2), and [argument 3]."
Don't forget to proofread carefully!
Good luck! :)

You need to begin by learning how to use spell check and how to punctuate sentences properly.
You should start your essay with the hypothesis that uniforms should or shouldn't be worn and then give specific reasons in your essay to support your hypothesis. The end of you essay shoul sum up your reasons and restate your position.

First, decide what your position is on this subject, for or against.
Construct your essay as follows:
Introduction-tell them what you are about to say.
Body-say it.
Conclusion-tell them what you said.
Also make sure you are using the correct words, not homonyms, and that they are spelled correctly.

Start out by writing down your thoughts on the subject. Then do some research to back up your side of the argument. Make sure you cite your resources. Please use spell check, since it is obvious you have trouble with spelling.
