My semen is very watery, sometimes it is as white as urine. I dont know what is wrong with me, but the rest of the times, it is thick. What should be wrong. I am married now and I dont want any trouble and disappoint my wife. Will this have an impact in making my wife conceive. I would love to hear from doctors if any.

the consistency of your semen has to do with the number of times you've orgasmed within a period of time as well as the level of you overall hydration. If you have had sex or j/o recently, it might be less in volume and more watery. if you've waited and haven't had an orgasm in a while, it'll be thicker. If you drink lots of water and are well hydrated, it will affect the consistency and the volume of your semen.

I'm not sure about your semen, but if you urine is white then you need to talk to a doctor. Your urine should be a shade of yellow.

Your body makes semen from your testicles, prostate gland and a couple of other glands. Mine gets pretty watery if I've been getting a lot, and thickens up if I have a few days between ejaculations.

your ether working your hands, or your wife or both, your getting a lot of action, but it shouldn't resemble pee at all, the semen is normal, that's your problem.
