It is a scam, never believe anything like that and never part with your money ever. A lot of these scams originate in Nigeria and I've had many emails in the past offering huge amounts of money if I help someone move it out of the country via my bank account. NEVER fall for it.

Go ahead and open the email and then click on the spam button in the same row as the send button. That should take care of everything. This is what I do when I get the emails from foreigners in Nigeria and Africa telling me their sob stories.
Open up the emails because you can't send them to spam unless you do that but whatever you do; do not click on any link in the body of the email.

I have been plagued by these begging letters, most of them state that they need my help to get a couple of million out of the bank.
I always click on message and select block sender, but before I do, I send a copy to --
admin@fraudwatchinternational.com
after international it should be.com
They gather them altogether and act on them.

mark it has spam. or just delete.
why bother reporting it, nobody will care.
best bet is to have a couple of free email accounts. One for friends family. one for business stuff. one for all the crap.
if you need to give email addy online for sites your not going to be regular with give them the crap addy, all the rubbish can be sent to one email account

"Now listen to me 'MAZZA 1702'"
I'm getting very fed up waiting for you to send me the £450.00 so that I can send you the 'Prize'. If you don't send it soon, you can look forward to some of my boy's coming round to your place very early one morning and playing a tape exceptionally loudly of 'Victoria Beckham' singing:
*** PAY-UP!---YOU KNOW IT MAKES SENSE!***
