How can I get music promos like for DJ's?

I'm starting to DJ and wondering how I can get promos on upcoming music?

The companies who make promos usually find program directors. If you are an independent DJ not aligned with a company, you will have a hard time finding a big company investing promos in one DJ. Better to have a network full of DJs and get one of you to get record companies to pitch you. Good luck.
