Either dig through your old records at home, or ask your phone company for copies. Be aware the phone company might charge for copies that far back - and even if you have online access to your phone bills, they probably don't go back that far.

You might be ahead to just take the flat rate reimbursement - then you don't need the bills. Depends on what the phone company charges for copies. It's only the excise tax that's being refunded, so unless your long distance charges are astronomical, it might not pay to itemize them

You should be able to get from your phone company , and there may be a fee . Just give them a call .

This is one benefit you would get if you register online. You can download previous bills.
