I get a statement from Social Security each year, but I don't think they start to do that until you have worked a certain number of years. I hope that is not your real number, do not give it out for any reason in a public forum.

Why don't you try their site?
If the ss administration has your correct address/ name on file you should be receiving a statement quarterly.
If however your information is incorrect, you will need to contact them to correct it.
