Nothing official was mentioned about TAKING AN ACTION regarding that matter. There were more serious things to consider, like the Egyptian guards killed on the borders BY MISTAKE, yet no action was taken about that either although it was more current and more serious. Even assuming it was indeed a mistake, there should have been an action more sincere than a mere apology. (Think of the situation reversing the parties!)
The Egyptian government knows very well Israel is strongly supported by the US and the US will not exactly stand still if Egypt tries to demand it's rightful claims. So far the Egyptian government is trying to hush things up in order not to face a danger they cannot handle. They will not take action.

Why bring old wounds up, do you say? are they going to do anything about all the Egyptians that died in the hands of Napoleon or the Germans in world war11, all soldiers are young that's the shame about conflict, put the leaders together let them kill each other, if they want something the rest of us have no interest in. Let sleeping dogs lie, an eye for an eye does not bring peace, forgivness brings peace, " I am sorry" It seems this is not in the arabic vocabulary, Peace be upon all nations.

Needs to be proved first.
If it does, in fact, turn up that the incident took place, than Israeli minister should be fired put on trial.
For some reason, I don't think that a cold-blooded murder of 250 Egyptian soldiers took place, but anything is possible, and it deserves an investigation.

Israel is going down anyway that's why they try to show they are strong by showing something like that on TV after 40 years. The incident is well known in Egypt since a long time. Anyway Israel was defeated as you know in Lebanon and they know they are nothing now since USA is fighting with the American army in the area. In Israel when some one shoot soldiers while they are tied or after they surrender this person is considered hero. Like the pilot who destroyed many air crafts while they were on land. Everything about this Israel is fake as you know. May be it's the reason that Egyptian government is not taking action.
Below I put links about the Liberty incident , Lavon scandal, Rachell Corrie incident.
Please visit it and let everybody know about it. I'm sure Zionists will enjoy reading that as they visit Egypt section always nowadays.

PERSONALLY I HOPE THAT THE EGYPTIAN GOVERNMENT TAKES A TRUE ACTION.
BUT THERE IS A WAY TO REALLY SHOW HOW WE ARE STRONG.
WHEN THERE IS TRUE FREEDOM IN EGYPT AND NO CORRUPTION AND EVERY ONE APPLIES THE FOLLOWING:::::::::::::::::::
EGYPT FIRST AND NOT MYSELF

AS MANY IN EGYPT NOW ARE DOING .

ONLY BY HARD WORK WE WILL RISE AGAIN.
LOOK AT THE CONDITION OF GERMANY AND JAPAN AFTER THE SECOND WORLD WAR AND LOOK AT IT NOWADAYS.

EGYPT FIRST , NOT MYSELF.

This is called "announcement for local consumption" or so they say..

Egypt have had a couple of bad results, taking on the Israeli forces, I doubt if they`ll be silly enough to try again.
