This is what apathy of the American people can do. United as a majority, people can make changes they believe is wrong, but will they? No, they like to stay in their own personal confort zones and let someone else do it. Well there is no one else. Things can get only worse, as apathy grows .

Walter Reed is not the President's fault. Blown away! Do you have any idea how horrible your words sound. I work in the community that serves Ft. Hood, and I know soldiers serving there now to include several family members. I wish that just once everyone in this country would stop and think about those fallen hero's and their families, and discuss their loss with the respect and dignity that they deserve. Bush is not disrespecting soldiers; he would never have been able to get those soldiers over there without the approval of the Legislative Branch. Remember, they all voted to go to war. So, the next time someone blames just the President of the United States of American, you might want to also blame the representative/s and senators from your own state. Make sure you know the platform of the individual you vote for next time.

To be traditionally precise, you want to distinguish between what the WWII jap stated as waterboarding... And what we did contained in the middle East. the jap could stress a tube down a prisoner's throat and then pour buckets of water down it. If the prisoner did not choke to death from that area, they could then position a board for the time of his abdomen and both bounce on it or in the different case violently slam down on the board to burst his abdomen. If the prisoner did not die from hemorrhage, he died from sluggish peritonitis... an particularly painful death! And BTW, the jap weren't even attempting to get necessary recommendations... They were doing this only for the interesting of it! on the different hand, the three... I repeat 3!!!... prisoners that were waterboarded by ability individuals had a fabric positioned over their face and water poured over the fabric. it truly is easily unsightly... yet no longer deadly... no longer even on the fringe of deadly. a health practitioner became continuously reachable AND there have been strict criteria that allowed the prisoner to have a relax era between sessions. the in reality issue in common between both ideas is the call.

And the pathetic part about it is that nothing would have ever been mentioned about the poor service for Veterans if they hadn't got caught. Don't worry! You won't have to put up with Bush too much longer. He's a goner.

Isn't it amazing that if we speak out against the war, we are un-patriotic, and against the troops? It seems to me that abuse of our wounded soldiers is un-patriotic. Saying Bush didn't know, is a pathetic excuse for the conditions at Reed and other vet hospitals, he doesn't care. If he supplied our forces with better armor, there would be less in these rat hole hosp. anyway. But then that would be less money for Uncle Buck wouldn't it?

President Bush did not cut benefits to U.S. Soldiers, the liberal congress did that.
President Bush did not cause nine U.S. Soldiers to be blown away, the Iraqi terrorists did that.
President Bush does not disrespect the U.S. Soldiers, the liberal press, congress, and democraps do that.
President Bush did not make the 'mess' at W.Reed hospital, the liberal press did that. Walter Reed Medical Center is still one of, if not THE best medical care facilities in the world.

Your "question" format aside, I think we are looking at what happened to the VA, a military mission, on the watch of the Commander and Chief and the problem is being resolved as quickly as possible. In all fairness if you hold him responsible for the problem as C and C you have to see he is also responsible for the repairs being done.

when will you mercifully stop asking questions that are merely your opinion? Facts, man, just the facts! PS. The Va hospitals are under many different auspices and you CANNOT blame our President because we found out during his watch. Those buildings have taken decades to fall apart!
