i warm up with 2 songs: (and its not always these two songs, these are just examples, i look for songs with these tempos)
1- Bachman Turner Overdrive - You Ain't seen nothing yet
2- Beatles- Hard Day's Night

Then, while i am doing the aerobic exercise; i play a hip-hop mix... Snoop, Eminem, Akon, Chris Brown, Chingy, just anything thats really fast and makes me want to move

and for cooling down, i use some light yoga moves and stretches... and for these i start out with a song, like Dave Matthew's Typical Situation, and then I do the yoga to Enya

i try to work out for 90 minutes, so i burn a new CD every week or two.... whenever i get bored with the current music.

Or if you perfer something calming

I like to lift to heavy rock...Pantera, Rage Against the Machine, Megadeth. I like to run/bike to techno...Moby, Oakenfold, Infected Mushroom. Just me though...my run listens to Kenny Rogers on the treadmill. LMAO.
