Are u on harmone replacement therpy or reports r normal without replacement. U shud inform this to ur obst.Dr & she can reffer to endocrinologist . It is important that u remain uthyroid that is in normal range bcoz otherwise this may affect preg & fetal development adversly & baby may be having conginital hypothyroiism thatis cretinism . so get reports as many time as needed & take hormone replacement as advise by endocrinologist & right from very begining of pregnany.

As an OB specialist , my advice is :
if you are on supplementary thyroxine therapy, continue taking the tablets as before. If your other parameters are normal, your baby will not be affected, only remember to inform your OB consultant about your hypothyoid state and the drugs that you are taking.Best of luck !
