how do i win her trust back?

Make her a priority in your life, be open and truthful, tell her how you feel, make her understand how you really feel about her and how important she is, don't just tell her though... show her!!
But you need to give her time to forgive you for whatever you did if she cannot forgive you then she will not trust you! If you're meant to be together mate you will be! good luck!

You messed her around? What does that even mean? You messed around on her, i.e. cheated on her? Or you messed her up, i.e. assaulted her?
Either way, you should probably break up with her and do some growing up before trying the girlfriend thing again. Maybe you're an awful person, or maybe a girlfriend just isn't the thing for you.

You don't win trust. You earn trust. Sometimes. Just be truly sorry for what you did and show it with your words and actions. If she's able to forgive you, and wants to, she will.

It will never happen. You will just end up looking like a fool.
She definately deserves an apology & explanation, but my guess is that she will not want to have anything to do with you after.
