I sympathise with you as I had allergies all the way thru my three pregnancies. If you can't get in to ask your doctor I found my local pharmacist was excellent. They would look up any medications for me in their book to double check what group classification it was( A,B or C. Only some are safe in pregnancy or at certain times of your pregnancy).I Took Polaramine for my hayfever but it is always best to check as what might be ok for someone else might not be ok for you. Honey and lemon helps for your throat in some warm water. Hope you find something that helps.

Ask your doc, but I would be careful about med in the first trimester. I did not take anything until after 12 weeks. After that Sudafed is safe

Nothing is really safe in the first trimester to take for sinus/allergy. If you are very very sick then call your ob and let then know because my sister was horribly sick at 8-9 weeks and they would not let her take anything, and she thought that she was dieing she was so sick with her allergies/sinuses.

most allergy meds are safe. the dr put me on zertec while pregnant. you can take a benedryl, howevr you should not take anything in the first trimester, you can also take tylenole sinus or tylenole anything for that matter. i would try and stick through it until you are 13 weeks. good luck and congrats.

Check with your doctor to be sure - but in the second trimester, I was told that over-the-counter Claritin was okay. I'm not totally sure about the first trimester.
