There are many things that influence what a persons wages are.
Education is the #1 influence. Next is where you live. Degreed living in the NE or Cali makes a lot more than no degree in Middle America.
Then you get into the trends. Attractive makes more than unattractive. Male makes more than female. White makes more than African American or Hispanic, but less than Asian (That one is probably influenced too much by education) Socio-economic reality of your childhood, if you grew up middle class you tend to stay middle class.

I worked in the coal mine for 35 years we have a union every one makes the same wages man woman black white every one unions are a necessary evil.

The flaws of Fascist Capitalism! The wealthy few protect their families! The rest of you "the majority" fight for the best quality of left-over scraps! Education is minor if you never establish yourself with the well connected to money!

On average according to public statistics, men make more than women. Whites make more than blacks. Although such social problems are getting better as we progress as a country.
