I totally understand, I used to freak out to! Don't concentrate on who your talking to just concentrate on what your saying and stare at a clock ors omething but rotate your vison to diffrent items around the room so you dont look dead, dont talk to fast or pause for too long or use the "ums and likes" I used to do that. It shows your nervous. If you have to memorize it, haha well best of luck to you then! If not, bring some note cards or some paper but dont shuffle them. Just dont stress it! Youll be fine :D

It may be too late to help you, but knowing your material thoroughly is key- if you're too tied to your notes, you might lose your place. If you are using notes, keep one hand on the podium and casually point to where you left off. Deep breaths and meditation can do wonders for relaxing the body, but you may still find you're jittery when you get up there. Generally, getting started is the hardest part. Once you get going, you'll be fine!
