No, Akhtar is not going to play in the World Cup and Mohammad Asif and Abdur Razzaq is also not going to play as they are injured

unfortunately great akhtar and asif are going to miss world cup,
pakistan team will be short of bowlers instead sami is included in the team

no both of AKhtar and Asif are banned due to their positive dop test. and are not able to play world cup 2007.

None of the players that you have mentioned are going to play in the world cup due to the reported injuries. Pakistan will be better off without these controversial cricketers representing the country in this big event. Pakistan really needs to repair its reputation.
