the best thing to do is write what you wrote in your introduction you should also change you frist sentence to : Aristotle and Plato lived in the same country and time period. Though Plato taught Aristotle, their ethical theories were very different from each other.
Then say what Aristotle's ethical theories are and what Plato's ethical theories are and make a concluding statement on both of them kind of like your opening sentence. that is the best i can help bc i havnt read your whole paper.
