that guy is right as well. but ill give you the real answer. it has to do with the properties of light. light is made up of many colors and when it hits the air in the sky at different angles different colors are "scattered" so depending on the angle you will see either the blue color (when the sun is high) or red yellow and orange (when the sun is low) kinda like different ends of the rainbow...so the sky is blue because sunsets are red!!!!

b caz the dust particals trap sun's light and during twilight, when sun's not there the light is seen.that light is deviated and so it has different colours
