I am the mother of three, and need to work (from home) to make additional income. I already have employment, but am having trouble finding the time to work. By the time kids are in bed, I am so doggone tired, I cant seem to push myself. They are up by 7 am, and only nap a few hours a day.

Daycare it not an option at this point. I guess my question is, how do those of you who work in the evenings motivate yourself to get moving ?

Please be kind.......

You do not need motivation... YOU need a nap. Bless your heart for taking casre of your kids, working and running your household.

You SHOULD be tired !!! Get to bed and take the rest that comes. If you don't get to the dishes a few nights, no one will die !!! When are searching for clean undies of course you know you need to get on the laundry... ha ha ! but don't fret the small stuff. Soon your kids will be grown and you will be wondering what the hell happened to the time. Enjoy your kids, take anap whenever possible and don't worry about motivation. Your love for your kids will motivate you to take care of them and that is what is really important !!!

Happy Tuesday !!

I work night shift, and it's difficult, but you have to find a way to make sleeping a priority. Is there no one around who can help you out by sitting with the little ones a few hours so you can get some extra sleep?

Otherwise, for motivation I use music, and caffeine :)
