For a baby sling?
I think black would go with more outfits but it might get hot for the baby in summer.
What do you think?

Also red would probably get dirty quicker

No need to be so rude!
Why shouldn't I care what I look like?

The main thing I am worrying about is a black coloured sling making my baby too hot.

if you have a girl, black, if you have a boy, red. The reasons? Girls tend to wear ALOT of pink and red and pink are not good together, where as boys outfits are pretty limited in colour and reds probably the brightest colour he can be in, so get that for him!

As red is a dark colour, I think red would absorb almost as much heat as black. In the summer, your baby might be hot in any sling, or might be cool in any sling, it depends on how enclosed he/she is. I would buy the colour you like the most.

As someone else suggested, if you are worried about dark colours absorbing heat, then go for a white or beige / natural colour.

Hi - personally i would imagine that the manufacturers of said product have done years of research as to the correct material for such a purpose so u can go with the colour you find most aesthetically pleasing. and use your common sense if the baby is too hot - use another method of carrying him/her.
i would choose black as it goes with most things.

xx

If the material is not thick, black would be okay. But realistically, no one cares if the sling matches your clothes. I would prefer black because it wouldn't show dirt as much.

oooo. hard question. I love the colors red and black. I would have to say black because it would go with more things and not show dirt as quickly. But i still love red. good luck

You should ideally go for white, you know. Because it's summer, white will keep the baby cool, and white is a neutral colour-it goes with everything!
