Priceless to the family that it came from.

Did you know that a family bible has all the trappings that would excite a genealogist? My great-aunt had destroyed mine and I have been trying to put the information all back together.

My suggestion to you is this: Try to find the family that it belongs to and return it. You will feel better about yourself.

Not much, but it depends. Is it rare? How rare? What condition is it in? A library might buy it for a few bucks, but not likely much more than that. The fact is that you can get a Bible that is over a hundred years old if you look hard enough. A Bible from 1966 is probably not worth any more than a brand new one.

Depends on the Bible, but I'm betting its only worth is to the family it belonged to.
