My question was; Do you think it would be Nice if we all go to Africa to Help the Aids Kids, We could Teach them English and,,?

and someone responded with this answer; All Aids kids should learn English. The reason they don't get the treatment they need is they don't know how to ask for the right medicine. When they want to say, "I have Aids, please give me Aids medicine," it comes out like "Ooga booga unga bunga boo" and then people think they want food or ice cream or something

Yeah, I'd say it was a bad answer. But why teach them English, will it help their current situation? How about quilts? Are they the best thing for those kids?
Remember the saying about giving shovels to people with no shoes - give generously, but appropriately.

Not mean, I think people are just getting a little irritated that tons of money goes over to Africa and they still do nothing about birth control. Money is needed for the poor in the US,Canada and Europe but, people only seem to want to send cash to Africa

It is the parents responsibility to get healthcare and medicine for their kids, regardless of where they live or what language they speak...
The kids should have meds because the parents ask for them, not the kids...

yea thats pretty messed up but about the Q im am SO SICK of people saying WE should go to other countrys!!!America has kids with AIDS we are here and we can help our kids and we can adopt poor childrent from OUR adoption agencies seriously when are people going to get this is there ANYONE out there who agrees with me?!?!
