Is it alright for ladies to wear short sleeve T-shirts and bemuda pants?

If you are a tourist...you can wear whatever you want. T-shirts are fine, I wouldn't advise you though to wear very short skirts or tops showing a lot of cleavage because mark my words - you will be stared at.
As it is a predominantly muslim country, many Egyptian ladies wear abayas, niqabs, hijabs but there are also many that wear normal clothes like jeans, t-shirts etc. Generally though, it is frowned upon for a woman in Egypt to wear very revealing clothes.

I saw people in tour groups wearing anything but if you're out in the city on your own, I would advise dressing modest. T-shirt is ok and bermuda pants also(if they are the same as capris, below the knee) though you will get stared at a lot if you show much of the legs, bare arms or cleaveage at all.

well i should say its up to you, if you don't mind being stared at. but for visiting mosques and sacred sites i would recommend jeans and a shirt, its easy wearing and you can roll up the sleeves whenever you like

Hi, you can use T-shirts and pants. They know tourists wear different clothes than them.
I wouldn't wear short... But in the hotel pool, you can use biquini, no matter.

ok in an muslim coutries some men does't see the eye of a lady and come and sit with mini skert or short not good for u but i a swimming pool u can where anything u want in streets of course no

Dont think Muslim countries, the people have to wear the full hijab.
Yes you can wear like you are in Singapore. As long you respect their culture and religion.
