As much as the idea may be good, it is not likely to happen.
DC comics owns the rights to Superman, giving the rights to the Movie to the Parent Company Warner Brothers.
Marvel comics owns the rights to the Inredible Hulk, and gave the rights to movies to NBC Universal Pictures.
To get that many companies together to make a movie along these lines with live action or Animation (DC and Marvel now both doing Animated Movies inhouse DC/Warner Brothers and Marvel/Lionsgate) it is not likely to be given the light of day on this project.
On top of it all, at this time the Hulk movie franchise is questionable to be made into a sequel, and Superman is tied up in a Sequel plus new ties for a Superman in the proposed Justice League movie.
The best chance we may have here is if someone wants to make it a comic, because with this many companies involved, it just does not seem to be something they would be interested in creating.

Mr. unbelieveable is right you will never see those 2 characters in the same movie together for those reasons. But the idea of doing the Death of Superman movie is really stupid because if you remember that book when he is "killed" 4 rejects take his place and it was the most confusing and retarded story that has ever been in a superman comic, the fight with Doomsday would make for a great fight scene but what do you do after that?

It will never happen.
1) Superman is a DC Comics character, The Hulk is a Marvel Comics character.
2) Warner Brothers (who has the same parent company as DC, AOL Time Warner) owns the film rights to Superman. Marvel has licensed the Hulk's film rights to Universal.
The only way you'll see this is if someone makes a fan film and uploads it to YouTube....

Only place you will see this is in the comic books. I remember reading a crossover story that involved Superman, Batman, Wolverine(I think), and The Incredible Hulk. It wasn't bad but I was glad I saw it because fights like that are bound to be epic. Another great crossover fight involving Superman is Supes Vs. Thor. I believe Thor won only because he used magic.

All of the above are correct, you will NEVER see these two fight for all of the reasons above and because the HULK has no personality. He is one of the most one dimensional characters ever created. Yes he has power and super strength, but all he does it what Godzilla does (Tears up whatever city is there). Also, his list of enemies is really short...EVERYBODY, from the military to the military, even the military. Not just one military, but Russian military, Israeli Military, U.S. Military...the story is dead already.
