brass polish compound will remove the yelowing and duling that makes it not clear any more

If you're talking about the inside, it's pretty clean from the inside, better not touch the inside, you'll only make it dirty with fingerprints and stuff! But for the outside I would suggest firstly wiping it with a damp cloth and then with a dry one, then for the finishing touch spray some window cleaning liquid on them and wipe it with a dry cloth! That'll do the trick!

If you are talking about the plastic lens getting cloudy/yellow from age, (not foggy from water on the inside) then try using Eagle One aluminum wheel cleaner. It comes in a small silver can in the cleaner section of your favorite auto parts store. The headlights on my 87 Mustang were really bad, so I removed them, sanded them with some 600grit sandpaper, then buffed out the scratches with 0000 steel wool, and then I polished them with the wheel cleaner. They turned out really nice, clear and bright again.

if they just fogged up they will clear out on their own... but u can take the lens out and wash it just look in your owners manual or google how to remove them because every car is different..good luck

if your mensioning about the inside,then it must have a broken seal,letting dirt in side,or if its on the outside,and its glass,try using double ott steel wool.
