If you're talking about the inside, it's pretty clean from the inside, better not touch the inside, you'll only make it dirty with fingerprints and stuff! But for the outside I would suggest firstly wiping it with a damp cloth and then with a dry one, then for the finishing touch spray some window cleaning liquid on them and wipe it with a dry cloth! That'll do the trick!

If you are talking about the plastic lens getting cloudy/yellow from age, (not foggy from water on the inside) then try using Eagle One aluminum wheel cleaner. It comes in a small silver can in the cleaner section of your favorite auto parts store. The headlights on my 87 Mustang were really bad, so I removed them, sanded them with some 600grit sandpaper, then buffed out the scratches with 0000 steel wool, and then I polished them with the wheel cleaner. They turned out really nice, clear and bright again.

if your mensioning about the inside, then it must have a broken seal, letting dirt in side,or if its on the outside, and its glass, try using double ott steel wool.
