Take it out before eating the biscuit. There's too much of this finding things in food anymore. Just about all of it fake. Lawyers and jurors know this and have ways of getting at the truth. Take the biscuit to the mangement if the screw is actually adhering to the dough of the biscuit.
If the screw has been taken out completely and has very little, or no biscuit dough adhering to it, I would expect nothing to come of it.
If you accuse the restaurant of neglect, and it's proven that the restaurant was not at fault. You might be in big trouble. Don't demand money unless everything is genuine.

contact their HQ(talk the the highest person that you can) their mangament(be nice about it) and if you want to go that far health department they can really do much though
MOST fast food resturant do not make their own biscuits MCD doesnt we get ours frozen we thaw using an industrial microwave ( not sure its a microwave) then bake for 5 min then add a dab of butter on top
