Im relocating and wondered if I picked a good spot or should I move on. I found a home in the 44120 zip code and wanted to know if this is safe for a single mom with three kids. Can anyone help please?

Shaker Hts is a safe area. But in the city of Cleveland around E 120th and Kinsman is not.

If you're looking for an area where many Hispanics live. West Cleveland around Lorain Ave & W 105th may be more suitable. And probably much safer than the east side.

University Heights/Shaker Heights is a nice in most areas (though there are some areas on the outskirts of town you might have to watch), but the schools arent great cause you are part of Cleveland School District. I would move just a few minutes farther out to get outside of that school District. Try Beachwood/Orange/Solon area, homes are pricy here but worth it to get into a better school district and a more suburban neighborhood for your kids

I think you are looking in a good place if it's University or Shaker Heights area, which it appears to be, good schools and nice homes. Make sure it's in that area though, cause near is not so good, living near Shaker and not in Shaker can be a shock.

Can you be more specific? Any where in cleveland city is a bad choice if you care about your childrens education. The schools are deteriorating and there is no help in sight.
I just looked at a map...no I would not suggest this area.

see don...he nailed it
